Mediaclans is the trading name of MediaClan Network Private Limited, 1st Floor, 101, Madhushilp Apartments, Ring Road, Padole Hospital Square, Nagpur 440022, India. We are the controller of the information described here. Contact: digital@mediaclans.com.
What we collect, and why
When you send us an enquiry through the form on mediaclans.com we collect what you type: your name, the business or brand you mention, an email address and/or a phone number, a description of your problem, and any website or Instagram link you add. We collect it for one reason: to respond to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to start that work.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email instead, that conversation is held on those services under their own terms, and by us for the same purpose.
Where it goes
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded by email to digital@mediaclans.com. Only the founders and the team members handling your enquiry see it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for 12 months from the date you send them, then deleted — unless we have started working together, in which case they become part of our client records for as long as that relationship lasts.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your details.
- We don't add you to a mailing list because you enquired. If we ever want to send you anything beyond a reply, we'll ask first.
- We don't currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this page will say so.
The creative wall votes
The like and dislike buttons on our creative wall are stored only in your own browser, so you can see what you voted. Nothing about your vote is sent to us.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email digital@mediaclans.com and we'll do it within a reasonable time, and tell you when it's done.
